You forgot to setup a billing amount per video visit. This amount will appear to your
patients scheduling a video visit through the mobile patient app in a message that says:
“Video visits will cost either $50.00 or your insurance copay. Whichever is less.”
During billing portion of the visit Follow Up in the portal, this amount can be modified per visit to bill at an
alternate rate such as an insurance copay.
